We want you to be 100% satisfied. If the plugin isn't right for you, or if our service redos don't meet your standards, we'll refund your payment—no questions asked. 14-day window for plugin/lifetime deals.
If the plugin doesn't work as described, email support@printMockup.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, we'll work with you on case-by-case basis.
Every order is QA'd before we deliver. If you spot a problem after delivery — wrong template applied, missed files, quality issues — reply to your delivery email and we'll redo the affected mockups same-day, free of charge.
If we redo your order and you're still not satisfied, we'll refund the amount you paid for that batch. No questions asked.
The lifetime deal is refundable within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days the lifetime purchase is final, since you've already received perpetual access.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — we don't pro-rate partial periods. You keep access until that period ends.
Email support@printMockup.com from the address on your account with your order ID. We process valid refund requests within 5 business days.
