Every order is QA'd before we deliver. If you spot a problem after delivery — wrong template applied, missed files, quality issues — reply to your delivery email and we'll redo the affected mockups same-day, free of charge.
If we redo your order and you're still not satisfied, we'll refund the amount you paid for that batch. No questions asked.
The lifetime deal is refundable within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days the lifetime purchase is final, since you've already received perpetual access.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — we don't pro-rate partial periods. You keep access until that period ends.
