We collect only what's needed to run your account and improve the product. We don't sell your data. We don't use your designs for anything other than rendering your mockups. Your trust is our most valuable asset.
Account info you give us — email, name, payment details (handled by Stripe; we never see your card). When you use the plugin we collect anonymous usage analytics: feature usage, render counts, errors. When you use the service we access the files in your shared Drive folder solely to generate mockups.
To run your subscription, deliver mockups, support you when you email, and improve printMockup. We use aggregated analytics to figure out which features matter and which need work.
Your design files and PSD templates remain your property. We don't reuse, resell, or train any model on them. Service files are deleted from our systems 30 days after delivery.
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate (Stripe for billing, Google for Drive integration, Postmark for transactional email). We never sell or rent your data.
We use a small number of cookies for sign-in and analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
